Can I start without paying?
Yes. Run up to 3 free analyses per month with no signup and no credit card. You get your AI visibility score, engine ratings, and a preview of top issues.
What happens when I upgrade?
You get immediate access to your plan's features. Your analysis allowance resets each billing cycle, and any scans you've already run stay in your account.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Same features, different billing rhythm. Annual plans save you 2 months — you pay for 10 months and get 12. Cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through your billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically when you change plans mid-cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout. Invoicing for Agency accounts will be available when the plan launches.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, self-serve from your account settings. After canceling, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer partial refunds on monthly subscriptions. For annual plans, contact us within 14 days of purchase if something isn't right — we'll work with you fairly.
When will the Agency plan be available?
Agency is on our roadmap with white-label reports, expanded team access, and API integration. Join the waitlist by contacting us, or start with Pro while we finish the rollout.
